Conceived by two music professionals, on a mission to bring authentic and delicious food to the masses at music festivals. Building upon the success of our existing site at St Pancras, we've expanded to include a coffee counter, juice bar, a unified deli, and hot counter. A distinctive feature is our dedicated craft beer and wine cellar, adding a unique touch to the culinary experience.
The design elements were carefully curated to capture the unique essence of a farmers market, reflecting the diverse retail offerings and guiding customers through a clear and visually engaging journey. A separate charcoal tile coffee counter, equipped with a service hatch for peak trade efficiency, stands as a distinct feature. At the heart of the space is a white utilitarian tiled counter with integrated glass, hot and cold counters, creating a central focal point. Surrounding the perimeter, mild steel and light oak product displays add to the aesthetic. In the basement, a warmer and more open customer-facing bottle shop doubles as a versatile food event space.
